Hi!, I want to start into the real State development business. I have renovated a couple of houses and sold them but now I would like to get into new construction business. I don't have enough money to buy a large piece of land and develop a subdivision, I would like to know if it is possible to buy lots on new subdivisions where other builders are building already, that way I can take advantage of the infrastructure created by the first developer to buy the land; streets, sour system etc.
Is that possible?? will the first developer sell me a lot for me to develop my house and sell it??
