I discovered that my son has been living with someone else apart from his mother yet his mother has still been claiming full child support from me {father}. The police have informed me that one of the conditions of his bail is to reside with the persons,people at their address which is different to his mothers for the last three months.
Can I now claim that his mother has made fraudulant claims through CSA ?
