Hi. I did RAPD pcr on earthworms from te same species from the same earthworm farm and placed them in 3 different materials from a tailings dam for a monthe, whereafter I started with the RAPDs. The first was rehabilitated (R), the second unrehabilitated (U) and the third was material next to the tailings dam (N). I used 3 worms for each. At 2 of the 3 worms from the rehabilitated area, light bands formed.At 1 of the 3 worms of the N site, light bands formed and also one very dark band. At al 3 of the worms from the U site, very visible bands formed and also at least one very dark band at each. I have no idea how to interpret this. Can someone please help?
