Massey Ferguson

Hi,

Purchased a Massey Ferguson 65 Diesel last February. My objective here is to return tractor back to original condition. Have changed all fluids including hydraulic. Type of hydraulic fluid was the same used in Fords or mineral spirits. My question is the hydraulics bleeds down pretty fast. When the tractor is park and engine returns to idle the lift arms start lowering. When idling the lift arms will oscillate up and down. The arms do not cycle they just move up and down about 1/2" and then drop to the lowest position when tractor is turned off. I know this problem is not unique. I just do not know where to start.

Does anyone have solution to this problem and where to start and correct?
1. Does the hydraulic fluid need to be changed?
2. Does the hydraulic pump need to be rebuilt?
3. Do I need a hydraulic valve?

Thank you all for your help.
