I'm new here and my questions might be dumb, but please answer me. I'm not the best neither at chemistry nor at biology and english is my second language, so please keep that in mind while answering ;D

My questions:
1. Does argonaute have any disulfide bonds?
2. What would happened if argonaute came close with heavy metal salt (say, iron oxide, for example)?
3. Does it have two active sites (can it bind to two things at once)?
