Hi,
I was hoping to find someone who could help me in my image analysis.
Maybe there is already a function in ImageJ do do this, or maybe I need to create a plugin/macro to be able to do what I want - Hopefully one of you guys have an answer
What I would like is a kind of a ROI-manager, where I draw two lines across the image of a cell: across the middle (M) and along the lenght (L).

I would then like the application to automatically draw a ROI-box with the half-width of 0.15*L (15% of the drawn length line) – preferably this number is adjustable so I could change the settings to get a half-width of 0.20*L, or 0.10*L etc.
This box should then be visible on all slices of a stack, so that I can analyze the same area for all images in a zstack
anyone who knows how to do this, or at least where to start?
