Hi,I just bought a older Royal trackless train for my private use to give rides to the kids in my neighborhood for free.I own a lawnmower and power equiptment bussiness in Mass. and live in the cape.Do I need any permitt or licence to run this thing for fun and do I need insurance ,if so how much and where would I find it ? I just fixed it by putting a used Sears rider under the locomotive body for power and it runs well.Thanks for any help Sincerely Eddie
