Hi

I have to write a code where:
1. I have a xml file, 2. default cysproperty file & 3. vizproperty
file.

I have to create a CYS file from the above three file. Please help mewith the code.

Also, is it possible to create a CYS file from component files without opening a session in cytoscape for them?
