Hi,
I have a 2002 Sprinter 413CDI motorhome. I sometimes have a problem when levelling the home up to stay overnight I use timber wedges. Although the engine is at operating temp, It just sits there and black smokes and refuses to drive up the wedge. It also does this sometimes on my drive which is about 15 degrees. I have to put my foot on the brake, and increase revs, and then slowly ease the brake. The wedges are the main problem though, the only way to get on them is back off and take a run at them.
Is this just normal for the beast or is something wrong ?.
