CONTINGENCY /EMERGENCY POWER LIGHT ON WITH BOTH ENGINES OPERATING AT 99.5% rpm. Take off rating was 100.6%.while all other tests and parameters with in limit except
Auto take over ( For left engine Main rotor rpm were 93.5. (desired 95 - 97).
fol additional checks have been made but PROBLEM still persist
a. Engine electronic governor replaced
b. plugs of temperature input, gas generator rotor rpm transducer and pressure transmitter and Engine electronic governor checked and found sat
c. All electrical wiring has been checked and found sat.
d. Plugs of FCU have been cleaned and wires checked.
Please advice remedial measures for CONTINGENCY LIGHT coming ON during take off with both engines operating near Take off rating.
The problem has surfaced after replacement of FCU HP-3BM
