Hi, A UPS is ok when on mains,but switches to battery when run on a diesel generator,in cases of mains failure. The generator voltages read quite good,but it's like the UPS sees low voltage. Any idea please?

Hi,
A UPS is ok when on mains,but switches to battery when run on a diesel generator,in cases of mains failure. The generator voltages read quite good,but it's like the UPS sees low voltage. Any idea please?

One Question,
generator is on condition,your ups condition main mode or battery made,mains mode means your generator 4 hours running, same time your ups is on conditoin tell first...
