Why is this question asked of Isreal, when you see in the news of the terrorism of the Palistinians. I beleive if the war were a fair war, of both sides abiding by the international laws. Then those questions could and should be asked. But, since it is not a fair war why should Isreal have to abide by laws when the palistinians don't? I'm not saying it is right, but if your speaking of war crimes I remember a photo of men being hung off a bridge while on fire. If Isreal is expected to fight fair, so should the palistinians. If Isreal is to be accused of war crimes, Palistinians should be a also.

Jasonmarke ******Isreal also is defending itself so what makes the Palistinians any different. It is a shame especially when Abrahams blood runs throug both muslems and Isreals veins. Self aculization are not crimes. They may be jealous of Isreal but you have to reamember Ishmael was Abrahams first born. To Ishmail and his decendents was given also promises that were immeasurable. I'm not saying I'm a bible schollar but part of their inheritance was the land and the riches within the land. But if you'll notice through history when Ismaels' decendents of the Middle East came against the Isrelites their prosperity stopped, but when peace was made their countries and their lands prospered. The promises of the bible were also for the decendents of Ishmael that includes their salvation.

No, actually self defense and self determination , and self actualization are not crimes. It is sad that Palestinians are jealous of Israel. Instead of trying to fight them they should join them.

The jews - some. The israelis some - they've been doing this since before 1948. The situation only got real bad with the emigration of russian jews into israel. If they had been kept out Israel and Palestine would probably exist side by side.

The problem is Shariah Law and nothing else. Irregardless of what you have been told about the conflict it comes down to a very simple issue. God's Law or Allah's...they are not the same thing at all.

Israel knows this. I fear America may find out too late.

I don't think so. i think palestinians have made many warcrimes, not really israel. what about create a naziland in 1946, nazis in peace with other countries ? you believe in a peaceful palestinian state ? No, i think iranian and islamists are imperialist and agressive. Viruses want to live "in peace".. they dont want a peaceful sovereign and autonomous, but a country ruled by the Iranian mullah, Hamas and Hizbullah says in their formal written.
Arab countries must eliminate Hamas and Hizbullah to create the conditions for a viable Palestinian state at peace with his neighbor. the Islamists threat to Arab nationalism. Muslims must open their eyes.
