Hey I just got finished reading fluid limits of many server retrial queues with non persistent customers by W. kang. Have anyone read this article? If so my questions pertains to the nature of the fluid model. I am curious how the algorithm to compute the associated fluid process looks like. I am in the process of trying to come up worth something but I keep getting stuck
