Help with a Freakylinks episode...

I remember recording the episode back when it was aired. I labeled it as "pilot", but the video was recorded over numerous of times.
Anyway, I remember it being very good. As of what I can remember about the episode is: I was seeing a girl with her throat cut. Seen the girl atleast twice in the episode. Seems like she was in the bathroom, when a woman sees a ghost or whatever in the mirror. The ghost had a slit throat. I can remember another part where the girl (ghost) was in a bowling alley, up above the pins where they come down???
It has been years since I've seen it. I still have the video tape labled as Freakylinks "Pilot", but like I said above, it has been recored over numerous of times.
Could somebody help me out on this? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks. :)
