I am a researcher in organizational change management and I am trying to perform a Q-sort methodology for developing my own construct. I heven't comprehend how exactly the matrix of actual vs theoretical hit rates is completed. I mean the numbers in it is fostered by a specific formula or they are stemming from other sources?
