Hello want to build an extension on the side of my house using permitted development i can come out 5m as the house is 10m wide but ther is a foot path to the side of my property which means the side elevation fronts a high way my garden is large and the foot path is 20m away so if i come out 5m and take another seven this still leaves a large piece of land before the foot path if i sell this piece of land to another family member or friend then the side of my house would no longer front a highway would i get round the problem this way thanks
