Hello there,
I am pretty new to imageJ/Fiji and I am wondering whether if anyone can help me out with an analysis I think should be pretty doable. Just cannot figure it out.
I am trying to quantify the distances of particles from an ROI in the image. I am able to threshold the images effectively and use particle counter and that seems to be working well. Does anyone know how to obtain positional information for each particle? Extra great would be positional information in the form of a distance from an ROI in the image. I am measuring punctate antibody staining in tissue as a function of its distance from cells that are expressing the protein, which is labeled in a different channel and which I define as the ROI. I am really interested in the gradient of puncta/particles over varying distances from the expressing cells.
Many thanks to anyone who can help me out!
Brock
