Hello everyone,
I agree that meditation and prayer/whatever you wish to call it; can help your soul. Even if you just want to sit and contemplate the awesome beauty of nature. Then you can mentally make a list of all that you are grateful for, don't let the negative thoughts enter your mind.

There is also a lot of information about how positive energy is very healing, creates a space for good things to continue to enter your life. Just look at all the positive "self help" books, cd's and so on; the message is similar throughout-----let go of the past and forgive!
