Hello all, I`m here to ask questions on behalf of a friend of mine who dosen`t have access to the internet. He and his son own a TE20 but I`m not sure what engine it has. He has the original V5 log book and the numbers match but he dosen`t have the more modern type of log book. He wants to register it and keep the original reg plate number, however when he visited the local DVLA office (Chester) they said that he would need to contact an owners club to authenticate it`s age because as far as they`re concerned the V5 is less than useless as they don`t recognise it as a document. Can anyone help ?
