I have a friend who is also working abroad pero hindi cia nakatapos ng high school and he wanted to take exam in order to finish secondary level. I've heared that Department of Education is offering an exam this year. Since he is here abroad he can't easily go home, meron po ba tayong naka-schedule na date of exam? can he just go to any Department of Education offices any time para doon na lang cia kumuha ng exam?
