Hello Image J Users,

I was wondering if Image J, or some available script, is capable of helping me with the following:

I wish to sample neuronal distributions on transverse lines (which I will draw) that span the width of the cortex. (My neurons are stained with the common Nissl/Cresyl Violet -staining procedure.)

Please let me know what you guys think. Your input is greatly appreciated.
