Hello. I have just found a small bag in a shop that is locked and did not have the key. It has the swivel lock. Is there anyway to open the bag without damaging the lock or can a reputable locksmith open it? Can a key be made/found/purchased for it? It also has a "Royal" emblem on the bottom of the bag stamped into it in black E1R. Is this of any importance to its history?
Any help or information would be appreciated.
