Hello I am looking for how to report damage done to a car because of a non completed drain which is in the form of pothole going north on sunken meadow just after the northern state parkway exits?
It is unavoidable and does not look like anything until it is too late. Cannot go around without going into the right lane. It bent the rims on the left side of the car. Front is the worse that took 2 days for the tire to go flat.
