Hello I am interested in IR ellipsometry and its application especially in semiconductors. Would anyone plz discuss with me about dispersion relations i.e cuchy, Brendel, Sellemier, Tauc-Lorentz, Drude, EMA etc in the MIR region? Is there any institute that carries on trainings or short courses in this field?
