Hello,
For quite some time I have been trying to find out the worth of a portfolio my mother gave me. She bought it about 45 years ago at a garage sale. I have found out that it is the "Come Unto Me, 1887, portfolio with drawings depicting the life of Jesus". They appear to be lithographs perhaps. There is also an original painting, the signature on it is H. Vogel '45. I have not been able to find anything on the artist H. Vogel, it is a rather nice painting that appears to be a water color.
In regards to the portfolio there are 10 pictures that look like they were pencil drawn (but as I mentioned, these look like lithographs.) I am not very savvy when it comes to art, what I do know is this portfolio looks very old, and has weathered fairly well. The pictures have been well protected, with some wear on the corners of the paper they are set on. Can anyone give me any information as to the worth of this portfolio?

Thank you very much,
Carrie
