Hello- Along with the Mortar, XIII inch bore model of 1861 I have been researching the Long Range Four-Engined Heavy Bomber as an impliment of force projection in history.

My question is: Albert Kesselring took the post of Chief of Staff of the Luftwaffe apon the June,3,1936 death of his predecessor in an air crash. Kesselring deleted the inclusion of the proposed long-range "Ural" bomber program from Luftwaffe planning. Though I have found that discussions with Hans Jeschonnek and Stumpff were the key to deletion of this equipment, resulting in an order negating them by Goering on April, 29, 1937, I have yet to find any detail of the General Staff discussion on the topic. Does anyone know any details of Kesselring's discussion with his staff and who else was involved/present at the meeting?
