Hello,

I am trying to use a plugin called SPIM Registration. Its main purpose is to register and combine images made from light sheet microscopy at multiple angles, and to fuse the images together into one stack. I have a stack of tiffs, and they are at 0 and 90 degrees to one another. I put them in the SPIM data directory, and the plugin will not open my tiff files. Do I need to convert my files? Or does anyone have any experience with the same problem?

The second part of my problem is that there is suppose to be a segmentation-based registration option to match up the sections of my specimen. However, there is another option in which you can use bead based registration, but I did not go through this process when imaging my specimen. I would like to use the segmentation-based registration, but that is not showing up as an option. I can not find any updates for the plugin that has segmentation-based registration. Does anyone know how to do this process?
