Helle together. I have one question. I have an microscopy image with different resolutions (ndpi file). Now I just get the second lowest resolution image and define a ROI on it. Then I scale it up with the help of the RoiScaler class. That works fine. Now the ROI has the resolution of the image with the highest resolution. The problem is now that the image with the highest resolution is tiled because the resolution is too high (about 75000 * 45000 pixel). Now my question(s): Is there any way to tile a ROI in different mosaics? Or the other way round: Is there a way to apply a ROI on a tiled image?
