Has anyone seen a variation of the seal, in which the figure Virtue is in armour, with sword unsheathed, and spear point upward, standing over an armoured figure on the ground, with broken chains and shackels lying about. We have such an image on an old banner, with blue border and stars, and wonder about its origin.
