Has anyone reported dilated pupils with use of Mucinex the counter tablets? I took one pill recently one night with a sinus infection and in the morning my pupils were dilated. It worried me and seemed that my pupils were not evenly dilating so I pointed a flashlight to my eyes to check more thoroughly. Instead of constricting my pupils grew even larger. It worried me but I felt fine and went to work. Still concerned, I called my clinic to ask if I should see a doctor and they were unconcerned. Later after medication wore off my pupils were back to normal. Curious to know if this is a side effect that is known about or what it could mean.
