If I understand your question right, you want to know if a person taking desoxyn and having a drug test is recognised ( or it is "discovered " )to have taken amphetamine ( like desoxyn in this case )and its derivates the answer is yes, but as far as my personal experience with prescribed amphetamine use and drug test results, this " discovery" should not be any problem as long a you are entitled by a doctor to take this substance in order to treat narcolepsy, add and adhd, severe obesitas, or chronical depression
