Had both big toe nails removed permanently 3 weeks ago -still weeping and feels like my toes are broken.is this normal? also was told to keep them dry and covered after changing dressings every other day but some sites say use an anti-biotic creme,my cuticles are splitting then healing and splitting again-OUCH!!any advice pleeeze!
