Phil Rizzuto should receive the Ford C. Frick Award for broadcasting from the Baseball Hall of Fame. Would be good to see him enter into another HOF induction class as a 20?? award recipient, even if posthumously. Has also been an inductee, in 1994 as a player. Passed away in 2007.
