Bill of Rights for our youth Bill of Rights for Children, Charged as Adults. (C.C.A.A)
Our children are being taken away. These detention camps having become the “Think Tanks” necessitated for the very survival of the species.
The power described in our 'Lynch Letter' exemplifies the power of language. However, our true power is the universal language of algebra, first taken away and banned at the tower of Babel. Again, barred until now.
1. A child's Frontal Lope must be fully developed before child may morally be found to be an adult.
2.Child must not be failed by a public education. If so child must then demonstrate knowledge of bill of rights of children each year.
3. A grand Jury must have been convened in order for child to be tried as an adult.
4. Bail Hearing must be held for child.
5. Child must receive a phone call before being required to speak to law enforcement.
6. Law enforcement is not allowed to lie to child to be tried as an adult.
7. Child Must be morandized before charged with a crime or sentenced.
8. If tried as an adult child will be allowed conjugal visits. Not being allowed procreation is cruel and unusual punishment, child must be allowed conjugal visits at legal age.
9. Child must be aware and informed regarding adult civil rights. It is easier for our children to acquire guns and drugs than iy is a pair of athletic shoes.
10. Any bill that tightens gun control laws will now take into account where the gun originated and if it was reported stolen .. Etc. There will no longer be any such thing as a throw away. (get away with providing our children with guns and drugs is not acceptable. These people are America's most wanted).
California Ed code sec 51266. (Operation Contingent) Model Gang Violence Suppression and Substance Abuse Prevention Curriculum) Accordingly, the Office of Criminal Justice Planning shall develop an independent evaluation of the pupil outcomes of the model.
Gang will never be defined since, in order to eliminate ANY such gang criteria from DEFINING : i.e. Tea Party; Congress; Judicial System; Law enforcement; KKK; skinheads; U.S. Military; mafia…etc.

Simply put, A gang is any non- Caucasian Youth with group implications.
Whether imprisoned or not. All children are entitled to pursue college credits.
