As responsible fisherman and off road enthusiast i am extremly dissapointed in the number of trails and areas that are being closed off. I understand that the hayman fire has caused alot of this. Is there any way that myself and other people with the same interests can help restore the land and reopen these areas. What can i do to accomplish this goal,
