I'd like to get one for my white 'Bird with the, now useless, toggle switch. I'd like W/B/W with the red EMBOSSED bird. Through ebay I ran across a guy who said, "we can make you one!", but when I mentioned the enbossed bird & asked the price...no reply...twice! I'dlike it to be reasonably priced, of course, hehe!
