What was the court decision on the Ok Tedi river case?

People along this river knew only that there was a court case but how it was settled and ended was never reported back to the people. Today the river is still being poluted and people are in limbo on what the court decison was???

The plaintiffs have gone quiet ...probably being paid off ..just a rumour going arouund...
