Can we talk about the fees the city council is adding to the people that live in the city? These fees are an increase in our taxes no matter what you call them. The property tax increase added 63.00 to the tax you pay on a house assessed at 100.000 which is not too bad by itself but if you add the 120.00 for garbage, 60.00 for water it really adds up. That's 243.00 added to what you already pay and you need to consider the re-appraisal. I say we do have a public forum and stop it now.
