Dear Staff:

I am writing to ask if Mr. Kennedy does public speeches. Our agency provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. His mother, Eunice Kennedy Shriver, visited our agency in the 1950's and we have some photos of her visit.

This year is the 60th anniversary of our organization, Sunshine in Maumme, Ohio. One of the events that we are p[lanning is to have a renowned speaker in the area of developmental disabilities speak at Sunshine around October 2010.

I am sure that this is a shot on the dark, but with Mr. Kennedy's mother having visited here, we think that would be particularly special. His service to Best Buddies is also something that ties in very well to our agency's emphasis on building relationships.
