I think in some country, like USA, the woman's rights are already start applied in daily life, they have protection from law and social treats...but in some other countries, there are just slogans about women rights. In some countries when they still agree with poligamy and not poliandry (unfair treatment, isn't it?), still agree that a man can beat his wife to make her obey the husband, when they are still thinking that it is not necessary for women to have high education, it is not good for women to have a good job with better salary compare to her husband, it is a must that women take care of household and children even she is working and the husband is unemployed..well..there are still many things to fight for.
For women in those countries, it is a great struggle for women to have just their basic right of being a human..such as education, equality in law and justice, and assumed that they are a human too, just like men...

If I were a woman in a country like that, with a husband like that, I would be looking for a way out. I can't imagine the kind of repression and subjugation....
