I have been an eternalist (believing in a static world and the equal presence of past, present and future)since my teens, even though I didn't know the idea already existed, let alone the term used for it.

However, there is one burning question I hope somebody can answer. If everything is static and there is no movement, what is it that gives us the impression of movement?
