Does anyone know a modern theory, that can predict the same existents and events, that Einstein predicted, yet does not have the same problems and inconsistencies, that even Einstein could not answer???

Hi there!

Regarding Einstein's theory of relativity, there's a recent news stating that there was a research done by using 4 of the most perfect spheres in a gyroscope to detect the minuscule shift in time-space created by the rotation of a massive object such as earth, in order to test how true is the theory of general relativity proposed some half-century ago be Albert Einstein. And his theory was supported by the result of this research!

I'm no physicist, but it's so amazing to know that we are just recently able to prove something that someone from years ago have already thought of. I'm wondering what our development in the field of science are right now if a genius such as Albert Einstein did not exist. Was anyone else able to come up with the same theory as his? This discovery just shows that Einstein is truly one of a kind.

I'm not sure where this discovery would lead our current generation of scientists, but I hope there's still another genius in our time that could make something of great contribution to the humanity out of this.

Your thoughts are amazing but there are many disappointing things which are in this universe. today i wanted tell you one thing that the general theory relativity is not the only theory on which we can rely. one day you will also get stopped at the very deepest level iam talking about quantum mechanics. you know what i like "general theory of relativity" but not very much the reason is that there are millions of questions come in my mind which are not yet cleared like this one "in which direction the planets, black holes and etc bent space-time does it make any sense? we can give examples related to it to prove GTR theory like putting a heavy ball on a bed sheet flying in the air but it bends space-time in that direction where gravitational force is. so does it mean that in the universe their is some external force like "gravitational force" because of which sun bends space-time or any heavy object.if you get any info related to it please let me know. and if you have your own views related to it than also please tell me.

Quantum Mechanics, Theory of Relativity or General Theory of Relativity and the others for that matter have not and do not define what time or gravity are. At best they define these concepts in the form of maths using experimental evidence to support their existence. This is how the backbone of most science is created, fair enough, but beware without knowing what these two things are these very effective theories will always remain only theories.
Newton was right within the bounds of his understanding but what exactly was he describing. Einstein uses time based on an 18th century understanding of the concept but what is he actually describing.
