Does anyone here remember a comedian who for his act used the phrase "The Secret Language" repeatedly? He talked with a heavily contrived lisp.

He went on and on about how great the secret language was and practically anyone could learn the secret language. He said and I quote:

"It's easy..It goes like this..one, two, treee"

Ed Sullivan himself echoed the phrase before signing off at the end of the show. It was rare to see Ed really really smile as he delivered the comedians (quoted above) saying.

Does anyone remember this act and or the comedian's name?
