Hello.

After looking at the discography for No Man, I'm puzzled as to why there is not mention of the compilation LPs 'Exposure' & 'Double Exposure,' put out in 1986 & 1987 respectively. On the 'Exposure' album, they were still known as No Man Is An Island Except The Isle Of Man, and the track they included was called "From A Toyshop Window." On 'Double Exposure' they had shortened their name to No Man Is An Island, and included a track called "Faith's Last Doubt." The 'Double Exposure' comp also included a track from another band which included Tim Bowness, and was called Plenty. Their offering was "Forest Almost Burning/Sacrifice." SW was in NMIAI but not in Plenty. I can list the members of each band if anyone wants.
Can anyone shed any light on these bands? Did they record/release more material? I run a Yahoo group devoted to UK 80s Prog, and finding out about some of this stuff is like detective work. Any info is appreciated. Oh, and I won't even mention the After The Stranger album 'Another Beauty Blooms' ;-)

Cheers,

Mark
