During the hotdip galvanizing process, as the strip enters into the zinc bath, zinc oxide may be formed. Is there an optimum temperature for the HNX atmosphere to retard zinc oxide formation?

I think that it is no related to the zinc oxide. for my opinion , i think that galvanizer is a kind of the steel for rusting. But , actually , what is the galvanizer ? How much the cost for the galvanizer product ?
