During Warrens coaching stint in Tulsa w/the Tulsa Oilers (approx 1968-69-70ish) he and then Ok City coach Bob Feller during the 7th inning stretch pitched to about a dozen kids. I was fortunate enough to be picked and was also fortunate enough to experience a "fastball" that froze me in my tracks (I was 8-9-10 yrs old)but remember it like it was yesterday. Being left handed myself, my dad always talked about Warren as being the greatest left handed pitcher of all time, to me he was and my dad was the greatest dad of all time. Does anybody remember this?
