Dr. Kaku,

I have been fascinated with the search for "The Theory of Everything" for quite some time. I realize that prominent Physicists like yourself receive thousands of "theories" from just about anyone. I am 62 years old and have a reasonably good understanding of science and theory including Einstein. I would like to know how, if possible that an rank amateur like myself could propose such an idea to a qualified individual and have it seriously considered? My thoughts concern time itself and an explanation of what it really is. My problem of course is having the ability to write it down in an understandable and acceptable manner. This actually would be a modification of Prof. Einstein's relativity equation and it would actually be as short as the "one inch long" equation you seek. Do you feel that it is possible for a non-Physicist to propose an acceptable theory?

Thank You,
John Chapman
