Does naltrexone help or hinder the results of sexual intercourse?

Naltrexone can cause priapism and induce early-morning erections in patients suffering from psychogenic erectile dysfunction.

The subject had no trouble getting an erection before starting Naltrexone but was having difficulty keeping the erection. Now that Naltrexone treatment, will this affect the duration of an erection?
