Does anyone remember who was in the old Citizens State Bank Building in Fulda, MN between 1981-1984. I believe it was an attorneys office but can't remember the name. He enjoyed astronomy. Not sure, but may have started with an "R". About the time that Attorney John Doyle was there.

Anyone know that attorneys name?
