Does anyone remember WMCA Good Guy Shows being held in Yonkers, NY? I saw a show when I was about 5--I think it was at the Paramount in Yonkers or Peekskill(?)
James brown was there as well as Ruby and the Romantics, some guy in tight gold pants,The Hullaballoos etc. They did 2 shows...I want to jog my memory. I remember people shouting "give him the hook" to James Brown. Even at 5 I knew JB was the real thing.
